Outline of Research at the Start

ウイルス性頭頸部癌について、Endocrinology関連癌とIntracrinology関連癌という視点から、エストロゲン-ERシグナルを中心にヒト検体の原発組織、血清、唾液を網羅的に蛋白レベルから遺伝子レベルまで解析し、ウイルス性頭頸部癌の病態を明らかにする。さらにウイルス性頭頸部癌の内分泌療法の臨床応用を目指すため、それぞれの悪性腫瘍に対してウイルス性頭頸部癌マウスモデルと免疫不全マウスを用いて解析を行うことで有効な内分泌療法を明らかにする。
