Outline of Research at the Start

申請者はこれまで好酸球性副鼻腔炎の原因・病態解明のために鼻茸を用いた網羅的な遺伝子発現解析、遺伝的素因を調べる全ゲノム解析、病変に存在する微生物叢のマイクロバイオーム解析、鼻茸中の脂肪酸代謝を調べるメタボローム解析、オリジナルFKNパネルを使用した遺伝子発現解析によるクラスター分類を行ってきたが、まだまだ解明には至っていない。本研究では、細菌・真菌の菌体成分や脂肪酸代謝産物への反応、シングルセル解析による鼻茸構成細胞・浸潤している免疫細胞別の遺伝子発現、鼻茸組織のどの部位に何の遺伝子が発現しているか空間的遺伝子発現解析を行うことで、これまでの断片的知見を理論的に組み合わせ病態を解明する。
