Outline of Research at the Start

Children with medical complexity(CMC)は、広義のSpecial health care needsがある子どもであり、北米ではCMCは子ども全体の1%程度の割合であるにも関わらず子どもの医療費の約30%を占めることが報告されています。しかし、CMCは通常の疫学研究では除外されることが多く、国際的にもエビデンスが不足しています。本研究では、本邦のCMC特定手法開発と疫学情報創出、および、研究基盤構築可能性を検証します。
