Outline of Research at the Start

①医療現場における認知行動機能の解明：
救急医療や医療安全の担い手がどこに注意しどのように選択行動に移すのか、熟練者（現場の医師や看護師）と学習者の違いは何かを明らかにする。
②医療安全や救急医療教育システム構築と効果的なフィードバック方法の解明：
これまで医師らの経験をもとにいわば「背中を見る」こと（伝統的徒弟制度）の下で、標準化されない個別のマニュアルフィードバックが行われてきたが、どこまで共通化、自動化、効率化が可能か、また上述の認知行動に照らして達成段階に応じた有効なフィードバックをどのように与えることができるか、を明らかにする。
