Outline of Research at the Start

費用対効果評価で用いるQALYという指標に，介護者のWellbeingという，より広い概念までを含めて評価して取り入れようとする議論が盛んになってきた．これは，薬剤など医療技術の効果を患者本人の健康だけではなく，介護などの社会的ケアの面までに広げて評価しようとする試みであるが，欧州においてそれを評価するためのEQ-HWBという尺度が開発された．本研究では日本人の価値観を反映させたスコアリングアルゴリズムを開発し，さらに，健常者と主要な疾患群，介護者のデータを収集し，種々の妥当性を検討したうえで，医療技術の介護者への影響までを含めた費用対効果評価の可能性を探る．
