Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、申請者らのゲノムワイド関連解析で同定した膵がん感受性遺伝子GP2 に注目し、その血中タンパク質濃度のリスクマーカーとしての有用性を評価する。さらに、血漿検体を用いて膵がんリスク層別化に資する他の血漿タンパク質バイオマーカーを同定する。Discoveryステージでは、Olinkタンパク質プロテオーム解析により、膵がん関連血漿タンパク質バイオマーカーを同定するほか、一塩基多型(SNP)とのマルチオミクス解析も行う。Validationステージにおいて、前向きコホート内症例対照研究を実施し、同定されたバイオマーカーのリスク識別能を検証する。
