Outline of Research at the Start

産後うつの健康被害は甚大だが，多因子が複合的に作用するため，解決が難しい．本研究では，産婦人科・精神科・小児科・医工学連携で，母児の睡眠ストレス評価に基づく介入が産後うつを軽減することを証明する．研究1では1か月の母児の睡眠ストレス評価に基づく介入が睡眠と抑うつを改善するかを評価．研究2では産後1年まで対象を拡大し，アプリで抽出した高抑うつ群への睡眠・ストレス評価に基づく介入が，抑うつと睡眠，育児満足度，母児関係を改善するかを検証する．副次研究では，啼泣自動検出ツールの開発，不機嫌や泣きに有効な対処行動の解明を進める．包括的な評価介入で家族の始まりを支え，産後うつによる健康被害をなくしたい．
