Outline of Research at the Start

心不全パンデミックの懸念の中で1900万人の糖尿病における心不全は社会的・医療経済的課題である。心筋拡張障害は糖尿病の心不全の基礎病態であり、糖尿病合併症の先行指標・増悪進展因子と考えられている。本研究の目的は、心電図診断の弱点をクリアし、過去の心電図の精細な評価を通して糖尿病の心不全の形成過程を解明することで、糖尿病の心不全を含む合併症の治療介入効果を高められると示すことである。そのためfQRSを中心に心筋拡張障害について機械学習し、循環器非専門医でも心筋拡張障害の評価が容易となる心電図AI診療システムを開発し、電子カルテを用いた既存データベース解析と前向き試験で検証する。
