Outline of Research at the Start

化学療法に関連した認知機能障害 (Chemotherapy-Related Cognitive Impairment: 以下CRCI)は、患者の生活の質に影響を及ぼす有害事象である。CRCIの予防改善効果がある可能性のある介入として運動が挙げられる。本研究は、乳がんに対する術後補助化学療法を受ける女性を対象とし、化学療法期間中に運動とゲームを組み合わせた認知トレーニングを実施し、CRCIの予防に対する有効性を検証するとともに、効果発現のメカニズムをサイトカイン等のバイオマーカーを用いて探索することを目的とする。
