Outline of Research at the Start

流産・死産、新生児死亡により周産期に子どもを亡くす家族は、年間15,000人とされるが、社会から認められにくい喪失と言われている。退院後の悲嘆作業は心身の痛みを伴う作業であり、中には複雑性悲嘆やPTSDを引き起すことすこともあり支援が必要である。また多くの夫婦は次の妊娠を希望するが、再び子どもを失うのではないかという不安が大きい。本研究はDatabase of Individual Patient Experiences の方法論に基づき、流産・死産・新生児死亡の体験者による「語りの映像データベース」の構築を行い、地域支援でのグリーフケアにWeb資源を導入し、評価を行うものである。
