Outline of Research at the Start

アメリカでは、18歳までの被虐待歴や家族の機能不全などの逆境的小児期体験(ACE)と10代妊娠との関連が指摘され、10代母親の成人期の心理社会的負の要因は、10代妊娠でなく根底にあるACEに起因するとされている。一方ACEの影響を緩和する要因として、海外ではACEを緩和する保護的・補償的体験(PACEs)と呼ばれる指標が開発されており、成育歴における家族・友人、支援者、地域のかかわりがACEの影響を緩和することが指摘されている。
これらを踏まえ、本研究では10代父親・母親のACEの実態を明らかにし、日本版PACEsを開発する。その内容をもとに、当事者参加型の育児支援プログラムを開発する。
