Outline of Research at the Start

認知症の進行とフレイルの関連を明らかにするため、様々な重症度の認知症者の運動機能を縦断的に評価し、認知症の進行に関連するフレイル判定基準を作成する。なお本研究で作成するフレイル判定基準は対象者の生活をよく知るケアスタッフや介護者が特別な機器等を用いずに簡便に判定できる観察式の尺度の作成を目指す。次に本研究で作成した認知症の進行に関連するフレイル判定基準の該当者に、多職種協働で、生活機能を高めるフレイル予防ケアを提供し、認知症の進行予防効果を検証する。
