Outline of Research at the Start

健康寿命の延伸を実現するためには介護予防が重要である。口腔機能低下（オーラルフレイル）は要介護のリスク因子である。本研究は，2018-2022年度の大阪府後期高齢者医療保険加入者約230万人の国保データベース（KDB）の医療・介護レセプトデータと後期高齢者歯科健診データを用いた世界最大規模コホートを作成し，介護予防を目指した後期高齢者歯科健診の効率的な受診勧奨モデルを開発し、社会実装することを目的とする。保健師が住民に対し，介護予防を目的とした効率的な歯科健診の受診勧奨を行うことで，要介護のハイリスク者への重点的な保健介入が可能となり，住民の健康寿命の延伸への寄与が期待できる。
