Outline of Research at the Start

人工呼吸器装着など医療依存度が高い方でも在宅療養されていることが増えているなか、大規模災害でも継続できる医療・ケア体制を構築することはプライマリケア領域の重要課題である。近年、個々の機関の医療・ケア提供の継続のみならず、災害拠点病院や介護機関との機能分担を含めた地域全体の医療の継続を考える地域BCPの重要性が唱えられている。
本研究は、地域BCPとそれに連動する遠隔看護・在宅入院のモデル開発を行い、全国で実装する研究である。実装するだけではなく、実装過程を解明し、他地域でも実装できる実装戦略を提案することを最終的な目標とする。
