Outline of Research at the Start

本研究で我々は、がん細胞を移植したマウスを用いて、迷走神経には認知機能を改善する作用がある可能性について集学的に検討を行う。実験では、がんフレイルモデルマウスを作出し、迷走神経と海馬の集学的解析、化学遺伝学による迷走神経の制御を組み合わせる。これらによって、迷走神経を制御することでがんフレイルのリハビリテーションを促進することを明らかにする。
