Outline of Research at the Start

医療の進歩によってがん患者の生存期間が延長する一方で，がんの骨転移によるQOLの低下が懸念されている．本研究では，乳がん骨転移モデルマウスに断続的に全身性の微振動刺激(WBV)を与え，がんの骨転移・骨破壊に対するその効果を検証する．放射光X線を用いた吸収CTおよび位相CTによって描出した骨と血管を含む骨髄組織の形態に基づき，断続化WBVによるがん骨転移・骨破壊予防のエビデンスを提示する．
