Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、骨格筋に加え諸器官(非運動器)から分泌されるエクソソームmiRNAの解析を皮切りとし、海馬MCT2を標的として2型糖尿病の学習・記憶能を改善する低強度運動効果を成す多臓器連関(骨格筋-非運動器-海馬連関)を探索・解明することで、2型糖尿病のwell-beingに資する運動処方や分子標的・機構の提唱を目指す。
