Outline of Research at the Start

運動による骨格筋の免疫補助因子の発現の変動や局在などを詳細に検討し、筋萎縮の抑制に対する免疫補助因子の役割を筋特異的に免疫補助因子を欠損あるいは増強したマウスを作製して解析し、筋萎縮を抑制する画期的な分子機構の解明と筋萎縮予防への応用を目指す。
