Outline of Research at the Start

生活習慣病に伴う心不全（HFpEF）の機序は不明であり、新規治療法開発が熱望されている。心筋直接リプログラミングは心筋再生と、抗線維化作用を併せもつ心臓再生治療である。この治療効果をHFpEFに応用することが出来れば、革新的治療法の開発につながる可能性がある。そこで、本研究ではHFpEFの病態の全貌を1細胞レベルのマルチオミクス解析で解明し、心筋直接リプログラミングの有効性を検証する。
