Outline of Research at the Start

PGC-1α発現増加による骨格筋の後天的な遅筋化や持久運動能力向上へのLPLAT7欠損の影響を検討し、骨格筋の後天的な遅筋化にLPLAT7発現増加によるリン脂質のアシル基リモデリングの促進が必要か否かを明らかにする。次に、ミトコンドリアの呼吸機能と品質維持機能へのLPLAT7欠損の影響を検討し、持久運動能力と密接に関係する遅筋のミトコンドリア機能へのLPLAT7によるリン脂質のアシル基リモデリングの役割を明らかにする。
