Outline of Research at the Start	わが国における健康寿命延伸の鍵は認知症病態に寄与する新たな非遺伝要因を通じた認知症予防である。本研究の研究代表者はこれまでに睡眠の異常が認知症病態を共通して悪化させる新たな非遺伝要因であることを見出してきた。本研究では認知症に共通する病態である「混合病理」に着目して、また研究代表者と研究分担者それぞれが持つ独自の技術を組み合わせて、混合病理進展プロセスに対する睡眠異常の寄与を解明することをめざす。
