本研究ではブロック・チェーンの投票型合意形成における共謀結託問題に焦点を当て, 投票における結託行為の同定を試みるとともに, 不特定多数の参加者集団に対し, 正直な参加者の貢献に加えて悪意のある参加者さえもシステムに貢献する行動変容を誘発する投票型インセンティブ・メカニズムを創出し, 不特定多数の集団上で真正性を保証した情報サービスを提供する次世代分散型インターネットのブロック・チェーン基盤を確立する.
