Outline of Research at the Start

創造性は、新しいアイデアや解決策を生み出す非認知能力であり、創造性を育むことは、21世紀の教育の重要課題である。しかし、創造的な思考プロセスをどのように訓練すべきか、また、その思考プロセスを支える脳のメカニズムは未解明である。そこで本研究では、創造性と脳の機能・構造との関連を探求する。具体的には、脳の各領域間の結びつきを「ネットワーク」で表現し、脳の構造・機能の全体的なネットワークが創造的な思考プロセスにどのように寄与しているのかを明らかにする。結果として、脳のデータを基にした客観的な創造性の評価が可能となり、これをもとにした新たな教育方法や訓練プログラムの開発に寄与することが期待できる。
