Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では米国の過去250年の判決文及び、日本の過去20年分の判決文データ、日本の最高裁判所のホームページからダウンロードできる判決文全てを活用し、法の数量的な構造分析の基礎技術を創出する。特に本研究のユニークな点は従来の引用ネットワークデータの一部を用いたネットワーク分析の枠組みにおさまらず、テキスト情報も活用し、①動的ネットワーク、②ハイパーグラフ、③法ナレッジグラフなど、従来の枠組みにおさまらないネットワークマイニングとテキストマイニングを融合した技術を開発することにある。
