Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、オンラインショッピングの商品検索において、ユーザに対してどのような支援をいつ、どの程度行えばよいかという問いに答える。この基礎的な問いに答えることで、オンラインショッピングを対象とした、ユーザ支援システム開発等の研究の発展に寄与する知見を明らかにすることを目的とする。そのために、ユーザが必要とする支援（情報要求）のタクソノミーの構築、ユーザが支援を必要とするタイミングの推定および各支援の実現重要度の調査、に取り組む。
