Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、特定の遺伝子の発現パターンを指標とすることで、化学物質の内分泌かく乱作用を正確に予測でき、さらに、生態リスクを評価できる新たな生態毒性試験法を開発することを目的とする。さらに、この試験法を化学物質のスクリーニングに活用することにより、短期間で環境水中の内分泌かく乱物質の有無を判断できる新たなスクリーニング手法を構築する。
