Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は「先住民族の権利に関する国連宣言」（国連宣言）で規定される協議義務や「自由意思による事前の十分な情報に基づく同意」(FPIC)を得る義務が、世界各国の開発現場でどのように実施されているのかを明らかにし、そのパフォーマンスの背後にどのような政治・社会・文化的要因（地域性）が存在するのかを分析する。地域横断的な国際比較研究を通して協議・FPICの実施状況と地域性の関連を明らかにし、地域研究者と国際法学者が協働して、地域性に配慮した実効性の高い協議・FPIC取得のガイドラインを提示することを最終目標とする。
