Outline of Research at the Start

研究者が集めてきた各地域の方言や民俗的資料、図書館や博物館にある資料など、多くはまだデジタル化されておらず、デジタル化されていても検索・閲覧の難しいものが数多く存在する。この集積された貴重なデータを活用するには、資料どうしを関連づけてネットワーク化し、より豊かな知識として表現する必要性がある。本研究では、地域の知識ネットワ ーク構築の試みとして、方言データと文化的・歴史的資料をつなぐモデルを作り、方法論とデータを公開し、地域での言語・文化継承や教育・研究に役立てる。
