Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、腫瘍微小環境を改善するためのサイトカイン遺伝子を搭載した機能性脂質ナノ粒子をCold tumorマウスモデルに投与することで、腫瘍内に免疫細胞を誘引してHot tumorに転換できるかを検証する。また、機能性脂質ナノ粒子と免疫チェックポイント阻害剤を併用して、Hot tumorへの転換効率と、チェックポイント阻害剤への治療感受性の相関を調べる。さらに、機能性脂質ナノ粒子の安全性評価と、獣医師主導による獣医臨床試験を実施する。
