Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、新概念のフローサイトメトリーとして、タンパク質の発現量・細胞内局在に基づいて、高速で臨床検体細胞の同定・解析が可能な2DFC技術を確立し、p16/Ki-67二重染色による子宮頸がんの細胞診に応用することで、発癌リスクの高い異型細胞の高精度検出により診断の信頼性を高めた細胞診自動化プラットフォームの実現を目指す。
