Outline of Research at the Start

脳脊髄液（cerebrospinal fluid：CSF）は、脳室や脳槽、くも膜下腔のみならず、脳実質をもdrasticに移動可能な経路としていることが動物実験にて明らかとなった。ヒトにおいては、この経路における『水循環代謝障害』が、これまで発症機序が不明だった様々な病態に関与していることが証明されつつある。本研究では、基礎と臨床両面から、応募者らが開発したDWI-fluidographyの検証と高精度化を図り、『水循環代謝障害』診断のための完全非侵襲水分子動態イメージングシステムの開発を目指す。
