Outline of Research at the Start

車いすアスリートの深部損傷褥瘡(DTI)の潰瘍化を回避するべく、DTIの早期同定法の開発を目的とする。まず、DTIラットモデルを用いて、網羅的解析によるマーカー候補の選定、遺伝子導入・RNA干渉によるマーカー候補の潰瘍化への関与の解明、およびスキンブロッティングによる検出・測定法の開発を行う。さらに、車いすバスケットボール選手を対象に前向き観察研究を行い、DTIの早期同定法の妥当性を検証する。
