Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、治療や延命ではなく、QOLや「生きがいの個別性」を最優先とする在宅医療・ケアの文脈において、技術とケアの両立に関わる医療従事者の倫理的責務とは何かを明らかにすることである。これにより、理論的な論究だけではなく、ケアを受ける側の療養者や家族の抱える問題、さらにケアスタッフの状況をも視野に入れることで、在宅ケアのICT化をめぐる倫理的ジレンマに実践的に踏み込んだ、訪問看護師を中心とするケアスタッフの実務的指針となる具体的提言を目指す。
