Outline of Research at the Start	これまで「日本の宗教哲学」という語は、特定の宗教から一定の距離を取り、宗教的なものの根源を哲学的に解明する思索を軸に捉えられてきたが、この捉え方では近代日本の宗教哲学の国際的な位置づけや実践への展開を総合的に解明しきれなかった。そこで本研究は、宗教体験や特定の宗教の信仰に基づいた宗教の本質の探究や、宗教哲学から展開する宗教実践も含めた、近代日本の宗教哲学の展開の総合的解明を目的とする。本研究の研究期間では、宗教哲学の創成期（明治後期）に的を絞り、信仰や宗教体験に対してさまざまな態度をとる思想家たちの相互的な影響関係や西洋の宗教哲学受容を解明する。
