Outline of Research at the Start

清末民国初期の史学の複雑多彩な全貌と構造を明らかにするため、当時の「顕学」たる章学誠研究に熱中した張爾田・劉咸(火＋斤）・何炳松・姚名達という、これまでの研究が少ない４名の学者の著述に関する調査研究を行う。そして、同時代中国の主な国史学者、章太炎・梁啓超・胡適・陳垣・顧頡剛・銭穆など２８名の学説と論点についても整理分析を行う。彼らの史学構想とその史学空間における位置を、内藤湖南・ランプレヒト・ペリオなどが代表する日本、西洋の同時代学術との関係に注意しながら、当時の史学に関する論議の領域のスペクトルを描きだす。全体の研究成果を「清末民国初期における史学関連事項対照表」に纏めて発表する。
