Outline of Research at the Start

「コールユーブンゲン」は、正確な音程とリズムで単旋律を歌うための練習曲集である。日本では音楽の基礎的能力を養う教材として広く用いられ、一時期は中学校の教科書にも掲載された。本研究は、日本におけるこの教材の使われ方を一つの現象と捉え、「コールユーブンゲン」とカッコ付で捉えた上で、原書である『ミュンヒェン音楽学校合唱練習曲集 Choruebungen der Muenchener Musikschule』（1875）の制作時の指導理念、日本への導入・受容の背景と経緯、またその教材としての特性を包括的に調査する。さらに「コールユーブンゲン」が日本の音楽観の形成にも影響を与えていることを明らかにする。
