Outline of Research at the Start	本プロジェクトは、アジア太平洋戦争期と続く占領期を生きた美術家の活動と作品を、「移動」とジェンダーの視点から調査・考察することによって、「戦争画」研究の枠組みそのものをとらえ直すものである。具体的には、①戦争を経験し国境を越えて複数の土地を移動した「日本人」及び日系美術家の調査、②美術家の移動とネットワークの調査（含・在日朝鮮人）、③アジア太平洋地域における戦争画研究と作品調査、④占領期におけるGHQ文書の調査、⑤「戦争」をテーマにした現代作品の調査・聞き取りを行なう。申請者は、収集した膨大な記録や資料等を体系的に整理・集大成し、アーカイヴと書籍として成果を次世代に受け渡す。
