Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は音声を中心に行われる舞台演劇を聴覚障害のある観客が鑑賞するにあたり求められる合理的配慮のうち、手話通訳（以下、舞台手話通訳）に着目した研究である。
舞台手話通訳者の養成に関してはいくつかの積み重ねがあるが、舞台手話通訳の質を高めるためには、手話通訳への監修（以下、舞台手話通訳監修）体制も重要である。しかし日本においては舞台手話通訳監修者の育成や研修の公的な制度は整っておらず、手探りで行なわれている状態である。そこで本研究は、舞台手話通訳監修者の育成・研修プログラムの開発を目的としている。さらには劇団等が舞台手話通訳を導入するにあたってのマニュアルを整備することも第2の目的としている。
