屋台カフェという「社会的処方」をソーシャルエンゲージドアート（SEA）に統合することで,「非」社会の時代にコミュニティ創生の方法を案出することを目指す.「社会的処方」は薬の代わりに社会活動を医師が患者に処方するであり,一方,SEAはアートで社会関係を構築していく政治性を持つ.今や社会概念の大きな変質を迎え相互扶助が簡単に前提にできない「非」社会に陥り,相互扶助困難な他者との剥き出しの関係が発生している.このような社会において,SEAのあり方の再考と変革の実践的道具として,「社会的処方」のひとつの手法でありながらSEAに最も近い位置にある屋台カフェの取り組みを参照する.
