Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故（以下、福島原発事故）以降に環境放射線を自主的に測定してきた市民たちが政府によるALPS処理水の海洋放出に対してどう対応したのかを検証する。具体的には、福島原発事故以後に生まれた市民放射能測定室の全国ネットワークである「みんなのデータサイト」が①どのような科学的根拠をもってALPS処理水の海洋放出を評価したのか②またその評価に基づいてどのようにメディアを介して対応したのかの二点を解明する。それらの解明を通して、市民科学研究とメディア・コミュニケーション研究という二つの観点から、福島原発事故からの「復興」期における市民科学実践の社会的意義を検討する。
