Outline of Research at the Start	日本近代文学・山梨県立文学等に保管されている芥川龍之介の旧蔵書の洋書群のうち、過半数を占める非英語圏文学作品を中心として、芥川作品への影響について調査・分析を予定している。旧蔵書コレクションの書き込みや袋とじ（アンカット）などの状態について報告を予定しているほか、調査の過程で判明した重要な論点について分析を行う。具体的には、芥川にとって重要な作家であるアナトール・フランスや多数の書き込みが確認できるフローベール『ボヴァリー夫人』などのフランス語圏文学、ロシア・ドイツ・北欧文学などとの関りについて分析を行う予定である。
