Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、バンジャマン・フォンダーヌ（Benjamin Fondane, 1898-1944）とロマン・ガリ（Romain Gary, 1914-1980）の作品を中心に、東欧で育ちフランス語表現者となった20世紀のユダヤ人作家におけるアイデンティティの形成を、その言語環境と作品における神話的想像力の分析を通じて解明することを目的とする。言い換えれば、ホロコースト以前・以後のフランス文学におけるユダヤ系作家のアイデンティティ形成の特徴を、複数言語に関わる文学史的考察と、作品における神話を中心とした想像世界の構造分析を通じて解明する。
