Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、マルグリット・ユルスナールの東洋思想の摂取と理解について、従来のショーペンハウアーとの関連性を検証し、新たな視点を提供しようとするものである。当該作家の東洋思想接触は仏教に限らず、タントラ教、ヨーガ哲学、ヒンドゥー教、道教など、より幅広い東洋思想の文脈で包括的に捉える必要がある。研究の学術的問いは、当該作家が東洋思想に触れる過程で媒介となった書籍群と人物交流は何かで、それらを特定し、摂取の様相を総合的に明らかにすることが目的である。
