Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、日本や中央アジアのコリアン・ディアスポラのライティングや演劇活動から、女性による表現行為と、ジェンダー表象を比較考察することを目的とする。具体的には、女性たちのライティングの比較、両地域の演劇・舞台における女性表象の比較である。合わせて資料集刊行も目指す。これまで複数言語で取り組んできた日本、米国、サハリンの文化研究の経験を活かし、今回はその範囲を中央アジアに広げる。手紙、日記等のエゴドキュメントを含むライティングや文学作品等の文字資料に基づく文化研究であり、女性が多く関わった舞台芸術に初めて本格的に光を当てるものである。
