Outline of Research at the Start

アフリカ最大の語族であるニジェール・コンゴ語族の言語を対象として、主に孤立語的な特徴を示す西アフリカの諸言語のデータと、膠着語的な特徴を示すバントゥ諸語（中部から南部アフリカの広域に分布）のデータを、文献資料からと、そして、現地調査によって得られた資料から収集して、ヴォイスの観点から分析する。具体的には、受動態や動詞の自他交替についてどのような形態の変化が見られるか、また、動詞の項を増減する適用形や使役形、自発形や可能形などについて、どのような動詞の形態があり、どのような統語操作によってそれらのヴォイスが表されるかなどについて検討し、地域的な分布と類型論的な特徴を明らかにする。
