Outline of Research at the Start

イタリア語を中心とするヨーロッパ言語を対象としてはじまった統語分析であるカートグラフィー研究の枠組みで日本語と中国語の主題・焦点構造を分析し、その相違点と類似点を探り、新たな言語理論を構築する。具体的には主題・焦点要素の統語構造位置を明確にするとともに、日本語と中国語の助詞の機能を明らかにする。このような理論言語学の知見を、日本における中国語教育と中国における日本語教育に応用し、母語の知識を活かしたより効果的な中国語習得と日本語習得に関する新たな方法論を確立する。
