Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、外国人散在地域の中でも、特に急激な高齢化と人口減少が問題視されている秋田県で外国人材を受け入れている介護施設において、ICTを活用したコミュニケーションの特徴について明らかにし、外国人材に対する日本語学習支援やコミュニケーション支援におけるICT活用の具体的な指針を作成することを目的とする。そのために、(1) 看護・介護分野の日本語学習や実際の看護・介護現場でのコミュニケーションの中でどのようにICTが活用されているか、(2) ICT活用の有効性と課題は何かに着目し、看護・介護分野の職場適応におけるICT活用の実態およびその効果を検証する。
