Outline of Research at the Start

多様な職場区分で実施される日本語教育の現場では、日々の教育実践の上で不可欠な管理運営業務が行われている。本研究では、まず大規模に展開されている日本語学校の教師に対して質問紙調査を行い、管理運営業務の特徴を明らかにする。その上で他の職場区分（大学・地域の日本語教室・海外派遣）の日本語教師に対する調査を実施し、それぞれの区分の特徴と共通点を探る。また、管理運営業務の変化と同業務を遂行する力量形成について経験のある日本語教師への面接調査等を行う。それにより、日本語教師養成課程や現職者研修で利用するための体系的・俯瞰的に管理運営業務を示す資料を作成する。
