Outline of Research at the Start

近年、増加している外国人材との共生に向け、日本語教師の仕事も拡張してきている。そこで、日本語教師たちが従来のやり方を脱却して新たなフィールドに適した実践をし、共生社会の担い手となって活躍できるような「往還型教師研修」を提案する。この研修では、教師の実践現場と日本語教師コミュニティを往還することによって、教師自身が気づきを得て自身の実践や現場を変革していくことを支援する。
