Outline of Research at the Start

大学への国際化推進の要請が高まる中、日本人学生と外国人留学生がグループワークを通じて異文化コミュニケーションについて学びあう国際共修が注目を集めています。これについては、教育効果及びクラス内で生じる葛藤に関する研究がなされています。先行研究では、教育効果と葛藤対処法略には関連があり、クラス内での葛藤を成長促進的な学びのリソースとするためにはリーダーの働きが関係することが明らかとなっています。そこで、本研究課題では国際共修場面における多文化チームのリーダーシップの特性の解明に取り組みます。
